Return & Refund Policy - GlowFier

Thank you for shopping with GlowFier.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with your skincare purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased, here is our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this carefully before you purchase.


1. Policy Disclosure & Legal Background

  • Under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005, every seller must clearly display their return and refund policy to the buyer before completing the transaction. Punjab Laws

  • Products sold must match their description, quality, and be free from defects; customers have right to claim if not.

  • For skin care / hygiene-sensitive products, return of used/opened items is usually restricted due to health & safety regulations.


2. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

To qualify for a return, refund or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date the product is delivered.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original seal / packaging, with all labels & hygiene-covers intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number / invoice).

  • If the product turned out to be defective, wrong item, damaged in transit, or expired on arrival, you are eligible even if the seal is broken (but item must still be in condition to verify).


3. What’s Not Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Used, opened, washed, or partially consumed products.

  • Products without their original packaging, seal, or missing parts (caps, droppers, inserts).

  • Products which are clearly not our fault (e.g. damage by misuse after delivery).

  • Items sold under “non-returnable” label or explicitly marked “final sale.”

  • Any cosmetic product where hygiene is compromised once opened.


4. Return / Exchange Process

If you believe your order qualifies:

  1. Contact us via email at support@glowfier.com (or through the contact form) within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos / videos if damaged or wrong item.

  2. Our customer service will assess your request and give you instructions for returning the item, including the return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error (damaged / wrong product).


5. Refund / Exchange Options

  • Refund: Once the return is approved and we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for purchase. Processing time is up to 7-14 business days.

  • Exchange: If you prefer, you can exchange the product for the same product or a different one (price difference may apply).

  • Store Credit / Gift Card: In some cases, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit or gift voucher, at the discretion of GlowFier.


6. Shipping & Costs

  • If return is because of our error, we refund original shipping charges + any reasonable costs incurred.

  • If return is for “change of mind” (you decide you don’t want the product), shipping both ways is at your cost.

  • Any customs, courier, or import duties paid upon delivery abroad (if applicable) are not refundable by GlowFier.


7. Condition on Refund / Quality Check

  • Returned items will be inspected on receipt. If they do not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund / exchange or deduct a portion if product's condition compromised.


8. Cancelations & Pre-Shipment Returns

  • You may cancel the order (or parts of it) before we ship by contacting us immediately.

  • If order is already shipped, return policy applies upon receipt.


9. How Long Refunds Take

  • After receipt and inspection of the return, approved refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days.

  • Time may vary depending on payment method (bank, card, mobile wallet) and bank processing times.
